Bonetti House Achieves Rare "Excellent" PAMMS Rating!
We are incredibly proud to share that Bonetti House has achieved an Excellent overall rating in its latest Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution (PAMMS) inspection on 22 April 2026.
A PAMMS audit is a highly rigorous, evidence-based assessment run by regional local authorities to evaluate care quality and contract compliance. While a "Good" rating means a home meets the necessary regional standards, an "Excellent" rating indicates that a service is performing exceptionally well and exceeding them. In the complex care sector for learning disabilities and autism, securing an Excellent rating is remarkably rare, making this a massive milestone for our residents and staff.
Tailored, Dignified, and Truly Person-Centred Care
The auditor’s report highlights exactly why Bonetti House stands out. Our care plans are deeply personalised, building entirely upon a resident's unique strengths, life history, and choices.
The inspection noted our innovative use of the Spectrum Star Support Plan, which maps out every area of a resident's life—from oral health and routines to sensory and communication needs.
Standout details from the report include:
Accessible Communication: For our non-verbal residents, the home is filled with intuitive tools. Staff were observed communicating seamlessly using Makaton signing, picture folders, and iPads to promote independent decision-making.
Dignity in Action: Bonetti House features a dedicated Dignity Champion who routinely observes staff-to-resident interactions, ensuring care is always delivered with patience, compassion, and respect.
Safety & Peace of Mind: Family members expressed immense confidence in the team. One parent shared, "I am as confident as I can be that they are looking after my son who is very vulnerable... he looks happy and engaged which is wonderful".
Broadening Horizons Through Education
Our partnership with our specialised education team was a major highlight. The team supports residents to achieve formal ASDAN and AQA qualifications in practical modules like functional communication, road safety, and independent living skills.
The auditor praised our residents' Learning Journeys—digital portals where families can log on remotely to see photos and outcomes of what their loved ones have accomplished. Recent achievements include learning to budget and pay for snacks independently, and planning a train journey from Norwich to Sheringham!
A Safe and Vibrant Environment
The purpose-built premises were rated Excellent for safety and suitability. Inside, the home is calm, clutter-free, and beautifully decorated to create a homely feeling. Outside, the large secure garden is an absolute haven for active young adults—fully equipped with a football goal, a sunken trampoline, a garden Connect Four, a large chess set, and a variety of specialised and assistance swings.
This incredible PAMMS result is a testament to the strong family culture built by our team, our residents, and their families. Congratulations to everyone at Bonetti House for setting the regional standard for excellent complex care!
