Yes! Cascade operates through values based recruitment, experience is preferred however not necessary. There are some roles that require specific experience and qualifications. For more information please read the job advert found on our Joining Cascade page on the website.

Many positions at Cascade involve elements of personal care to our residents / pupils. With this in mind you must be 18 or over to apply for a role with us.

For all roles within Cascade we require a full application form.

Your application has been sent to the recruitment team. Each role has different application deadlines. If you have been shortlisted for an interview, someone will be in touch.

We have a two stage interview process. The first stage being a face to face panelled interview, the second being a tour of one of our homes. The panelled interview allows you to talk about your skillset and experience, the tour gives you an opportunity to interact with the residents and meet other staff members.

Cascade follows a safer recruitment process, meaning we do thorough checks through references and DBS. We aim for our recruitment process to take around 4 weeks. This is subject to take longer if documents required are missing or referencing delay from external companies.

Cascade provides a vast amount of training to ensure staff are well equipped with knowledge. We also provide refresher courses to ensure staff are working safely in our homes. The training consists of online and in person. All training is certificated and delivered by accredited trainers.

Staff have the opportunity to complete NVQ’s and diplomas when working, meaning you're learning and developing whilst working with us. We promote progression and encourage individuals to internally apply for roles that arise.

All staff members at Cascade are paid monthly on the last working day of each month.
